Ricardo Estevan “Steven” Arce was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley and has proudly called San Antonio, Texas, home since 2013. He earned his Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2020 and has spent years advocating for clients in personal injury, criminal defense, and family law.
