Lead Attorney / Founder

Ricardo Estevan “Steven” Arce was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley. In 2013, he moved to San Antonio, Texas, where he has since made his home.

Steven attended St. Mary’s University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2017, before obtaining his Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2020.

For the next four years, Steven practiced family law, criminal defense, and personal injury law at a boutique law firm, gaining invaluable experience advocating for clients in complex legal matters. In 2025, he founded the Steven Arce Law Firm, PLLC, driven by his passion for justice and dedication to helping those who have been injured due to other’s negligence. His firm is committed to providing compassionate, aggressive, and results-driven representation to individuals and families in need.

When he’s not fighting for his clients, Steven enjoys traveling and spending time with his beautiful wife, Valeria Guerra-Arce and their two dogs, Bruno and Bradley.

Dalia Arce

Case Manager

Dalia Arce was born in DeKalb, Illinois, and currently resides in Edinburg, Texas.

She attended the University of Texas-Pan American, where she studied Business Administration and Management.

Dalia spent 26 years in the banking industry, with the last 11 years as a Banking Center Manager. She later transitioned to working at the Hidalgo County Tax Office before changing careers to join Steven Arce Law Firm as a paralegal.

She is enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, and dedicated to working hard for our clients. In her spare time, Dalia enjoys spending time with her husband, Rick, her four children, and her two grandsons.

Zoë Sandoval

Law clerk

Zoë Sandoval is a Crystal City, Texas native who went on to attend The University of Texas at Austin, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations and was recognized as a University Leadership Network Scholar.

While pursuing her law degree, Zoë has gained hands-on legal experience working as a regional litigation assistant and law clerk, where she continues to develop her skills and deepen her passion for the legal field. She is currently a 2L at St. Mary’s University School of Law and is involved in several organizations, including the Lawtina Network, Hispanic Law Student Association, and the Public Interest Law Foundation.

Outside of law school, Zoë enjoys spending time with her family, taking long walks with her Labrador Retriever, Cash, and exploring new places to eat around the San Antonio area.

Ricardo Rangel

Business Operations

Ricardo Rangel was born in Kaufman, Texas, and moved to Laredo at the age of 13, where he spent much of his life before relocating to San Antonio, Texas.

Ricardo earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Texas A&M International University in 2017. He later pursued a Master of Science in User Experience Design from Kent State University, and he is currently completing his Doctor of Education in Interprofessional Leadership.

Ricardo brings extensive experience in solutions consulting, cybersecurity, organizational management, and business operations. His background supporting both public and private sector organizations uniquely positions him to oversee the internal operations and strategic growth of the Steven Arce Law Firm, PLLC.

In his role as Business Operations Manager, Ricardo supports the firm’s daily operations, process improvements, and client service initiatives, ensuring the highest standard of excellence for the firm’s clients.

Outside of his professional work, Ricardo enjoys traveling, exploring new technologies, and spending time with his close friends and family.
